WATER SABLE S-501 TPO Waterproof Sheet
A. Introduction
Thermoplastic Polyolefine Waterproof Sheet Utilizes High-tech polymer technology and unique formula and have both the advantages of EPDM sheet in weather resistance and low-temperature lexibility and PVC sheet in easy-welding.
B. Characteristics
Have long-term weather resistance without any plastic-enforced additive and apply High-tech polymer technology.
Good performance of high crack resistance, elogation to break and resistance to roof penetration.
The joint is better than the sheet through welding, with smooth, continuous and even surface.
The lighter colour surface can lower the roof temperature and formcool roof.
It doesnt contain chlorinated polymer and chlorine, so it is environment-friendly and can ensure the construction safety.
C. Application
It can be widely used in the waterproof, leaking-prevent and dampproof project of concrete roof, steel structure roof, underground spaces, subway, irrigation works, tunnel and landfill.

F. Construction Instruction
Base Treatment
The base should be smooth without any outstanding avoid of damage to the sheets.
The base should be cleaned of impurity before construction.
The requirement of the mechanically fastening surface: the profiled steel sheet should be more than 0.7mm thick and the height of the upper and lower is more than 50mm and tied firmely.
fasten the insulation board to the profiled steel sheet with screws.
Construction Technics
The overlapping of the TPO sheet should use the hot-air welding method.
First locate and form datum line. Then lay the sheet vertical to the corrugation direction. Lay the sheet on the base. Ensure the sheet is flat and in a line. The width of the joint is 6 cm. Use the auto welding tool or handle welding tool to weld and do some proper cuting and install the fastners in the designed location.
Details
The TPO sheet should be fastened by the matched fasteners in the endings and coat sealant to seal. The sheet is cut into different shapes to add in the place of outside and inside corners and then welded.
Cautions in construction
The workers should be trained before construction. It is not allowed to wear the shoes with nails in the construction sites.
Examine the welding quality avoid of any defects in the welding, and smoking is forbiddened in the construction site.
G. Storage and transportation
The product shoud be stored in the well-ventilated warehouses and far away from the acid, alkali, oil, and organic solvent.
